Our team approves your return within 24 hours and arranges a free courier pickup from your door β€” or you can drop off at our Accra office.

Once we receive your item we inspect it within 1 business day and confirm the refund amount.

Refund Issued

Refund is sent back to your original payment method β€” Mobile Money, card, or store credit β€” within 3–5 business days.
